7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Appointment Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service may qualify for a refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may attract administrative charges.
- Emergency services are non-refundable.
2. Diagnostic Services
Refunds for diagnostic services are subject to:
- Non-initiation of sample collection;
- No processing having commenced.
Once testing is initiated, refunds shall not be permissible.
3. Caregiver Services
Refund eligibility shall depend upon:
- Service commencement status;
- Duration utilized;
- Contractual terms agreed at booking.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds, if approved, shall be processed:
- Within 7–15 working days;
- Via original payment method.
The Company reserves the right to verify claims prior to refund processing.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund shall be provided for:
- User no-shows;
- Incorrect information provided by the user;
- Services rendered in full;
- Force majeure events.
