7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service may qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may attract administrative charges.
  • Emergency services are non-refundable.

2. Diagnostic Services

Refunds for diagnostic services are subject to:

  • Non-initiation of sample collection;
  • No processing having commenced.

Once testing is initiated, refunds shall not be permissible.

3. Caregiver Services

Refund eligibility shall depend upon:

  • Service commencement status;
  • Duration utilized;
  • Contractual terms agreed at booking.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed:

  • Within 7–15 working days;
  • Via original payment method.

The Company reserves the right to verify claims prior to refund processing.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund shall be provided for:

  • User no-shows;
  • Incorrect information provided by the user;
  • Services rendered in full;
  • Force majeure events.
